Ea is a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and has completed a Doctorate of Clinical Psychology. Ea has experience working with adults in a range of settings, including community, hospital, and university clinics. She has worked with a range of mental health difficulties including anxiety, mood difficulties, health and brain injury. She also has an interest in working with individuals who suffer from trauma. Ea’s approach to treatment is based on a solid formulation and tailored to the individual. She uses Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy.
