Alithea is a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.  She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology.  She has experience supporting clients with a range of anxiety disorders and other mental health difficulties.  She has worked in hospital settings and for Child and Youth Mental Health Services. She has conducted research on the impact of anxiety on interpersonal functioning, and has interest in working with clients with attachment difficulties, trauma histories, and eating issues.  She develops a comprehensive case formulation and collaborates with clients to identify treatment goals.  She uses primarily Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Schema Therapy.
