Maddy is a fully registered Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar with a Master
of Clinical Psychology. She has experience working across a variety of settings, including private practice, community mental health, and crisis counselling.

Maddy is known for her warm, empathic, and collaborative style. She primarily works
within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) framework, including Exposure and
Response Prevention (ERP), and also incorporates other evidence-based approaches
such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Metacognitive Therapy, and
Schema-informed therapy.
