Anxiety House Southside: Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays
Chrissa is a Provisional Psychologist registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She has completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Queensland and anticipates receiving general registration as a psychologist in early 2025.
Chrissa is dedicated to creating a safe, non-judgemental environment where clients feel supported to explore their experiences and work towards meaningful change. Her therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, and approachable, fostering a collaborative partnership that empowers clients to develop the tools needed to support themselves outside of therapy.
She has experience working with client across the lifespan, both in individual and group settings, addressing a variety of concerns, including anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, disordered eating and body image issues, emotional dysregulation, self-esteem issues, perfectionism, and interpersonal difficulties.
Chrissa utilises an integrative approach to therapy, drawing from a variety of evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), and Schema Therapy. By working collaboratively with her clients, Chrissa helps them understand their present challenges, gain deeper insight, and develop the freedom to make informed choices in alignment with their values.
Chrissa is available Monday to Wednesday and is currently accepting referrals for adolescent and adult clients.

Selection Criteria
- Masters and/or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- Eligible for registration with AHPRA as an endorsed “Clinical Psychologist” or eligibility for the clinical psychology registrar program
- Eligible for Medicare registration
