Jessica is a registered Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency and a member of the Australian Psychological Society. She is currently completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology and working towards her clinical endorsement. She has experience working collaboratively with clients across the lifespan in inpatient and outpatient hospital services (i.e., CYMHS, and Adult Community Mental Health Services). She has a focus on working with children and adolescents and enjoys conducting clinical assessments across the lifespan.

Jessica uses an integrative approach in therapy drawing from her training in numerous evidence-based therapeutic frameworks including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), Structural and Systemic Family Therapies, Schema Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT).

Jessica has a compassionate, warm, and collaborative approach to her practice and strives to create an environment where clients feel heard and understood. She believes in the importance of a comprehensive formulation and develops a tailored evidence-based treatment plan to meet the individual needs of her clients.
