Saskia is a Clinical Psychologist registered with the Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She trained at the University of Queensland and the University of Canberra. Saskia has extensive experience working with adolescents and adults in community and private practice settings, and in schools both in Australia and overseas. Saskia adopts a strengths-based approach with her clients to address a wide range of mental health concerns and life challenges. She takes great care to understand client concerns and the impact of these concerns on their lives. She is warm and approachable, and works collaboratively with clients towards their goals. Saskia has worked therapeutically with clients experiencing anxiety, panic attacks, obsessive compulsive disorder, depression, and responding to traumatic events. She has also worked with clients to support them through difficult life circumstances including grief and loss, and relationship breakdown. Additionally, Saskia is experienced in working with youth and adults questioning their gender, discovering their sexuality or undergoing other life transitions. She also enjoys working with clients from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds. Saskia is committed to working with her clients to create positive change using evidence-based interventions. She employs a range of therapies, including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Eye-Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).

Selection Criteria
- Masters and/or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- Eligible for registration with AHPRA as an endorsed “Clinical Psychologist” or eligibility for the clinical psychology registrar program
- Eligible for Medicare registration
