She has worked with a range of mental health difficulties including depression, anxiety, substance use, emotional dysregulation, and clients with persistent pain & chronic health conditions.
Sharon’s approach to treatment is based on a solid formulation and tailored to the individual. She aims to have a good understanding of her clients’ challenges, values, and strengths, including, factors contributing to their distress, both at a conscious and unconscious level.
Sharon feels privileged to work alongside her clients and empowers them to make positive changes in their lives. Ultimately, the aim of therapy is to build a repertoire of skills to navigate the complexities of life and to support her clients in living a fulfilling and meaningful life – a life on their terms and guided by their values.
