Jen is a registered psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Agency. She has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology and is currently working towards completing her PhD in Clinical Psychology. She has worked clinically within a broad range of settings such as crisis management, harm reduction of those with addictions, community services, and private practice.
Jen uses a transdiagnostic approach across several therapeutic frameworks, primarily utilising Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT) and Dialectical Behaviour Skills*.
Jen feels that warmth and compassion are at the core of the therapeutic relationship. She is passionate deeply understanding each of her clients so that she can help them gain a better understanding of themselves, how they have become stuck in their current concerns and how they will work together to overcome their difficulties. She embodies a nurturing, client-centred therapeutic style, and uses evidence-based practice to help clients reach their desired goals.
Note: *Whilst Jen uses Dialectical Behaviour Skills where appropriate, it’s important to note that Jen does not provide formal Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) at this time.

Selection Criteria
- Masters and/or Doctorate in Clinical Psychology
- Eligible for registration with AHPRA as an endorsed “Clinical Psychologist” or eligibility for the clinical psychology registrar program
- Eligible for Medicare registration
