Sophie is a Clinical Psychologist with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. She has completed a Master of Clinical Psychology and is a member of the Australian Psychological Society.

Sophie has an empathic and warm therapeutic style. She believes authenticity and connection are important elements in the therapy process and with her down-to-earth nature and evidence-based approach Sophie will assist you to develop tools to navigate life’s challenges and live a richer, more meaningful life.

Sophie has worked in both private and public settings and has expertise assisting with a range of difficulties, including anxiety and mood disorders, burnout and stress, relationships and dating, difficult life circumstances, and grief and loss.

With each unique person, there is a unique approach and Sophie works collaboratively with you to find the right fit for you. She draws on a wide range of therapies, including Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Schema Therapy, attachment theory, and mindfulness-based approaches.
