Southside: Every second Wednesday, every Thursday and every Friday

Henry completed a Master of Clinical Psychology and has a background that includes a Bachelor of Paramedic Practice, Graduate Diploma of Psychology, and a Bachelor of Science (Honours) in Psychology.

Since 2014, he has worked across a range of healthcare settings, including the military, the mining industry as a first responder, and private psychology practice. These experiences have shaped his practical, no-nonsense approach to therapy and helped him connect with people from all walks of life.

Henry has a particular interest in working with men, veterans, first responders, and anyone who might feel a bit out of place in a traditional clinical setting. He believes therapy doesn’t need to feel overly formal or complicated to be effective.

In private practice, Henry works with children, adolescents and adults across a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression and other mood disorders, OCD, trauma and PTSD, anger management, work and study stress, and relationship challenges. He also has experience assessing and supporting people with Autism and ADHD.

His approach is tailored to the individual, drawing on evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Narrative Therapy, and Schema Therapy. He is particularly passionate about men’s mental health and helping people develop practical skills, resilience, and a better understanding of themselves.

Combining strong clinical training with real-world experience, Henry offers a genuine, straightforward and supportive approach for people looking to make meaningful and lasting changes in their lives.”
